I only stayed one night here, but I was genuinely impressed. First of all, the location is perfect—literally right across the street from the ADO bus station, like within 100 feet. Super convenient, especially for travel days. When you walk in, the space really opens up. It’s way bigger than it looks from the outside. There’s a restaurant (and I believe a bar), two pools—including a kiddie pool which was great for my son—and even two parakeets that were talking and interacting with him. It was such a sweet and unexpected touch. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed felt great, the AC was strong (which I appreciated in that heat!), and the hot water in the shower was perfect. Honestly, everything I needed for a smooth, restful night before my flight. If you’re looking for somewhere close to the bus station that’s also clean, relaxing, and family-friendly, this place is it. I’d definitely stay here again if I needed a convenient stop in Cancun.

Rooms were kept immaculate. Staff were all super friendly, even with the language barrier. The grounds were lovely with the peacocks wandering around. The pool was kept clean and had no restrictions so we could swim when it was quiter. The location to bars, shops and transport were perfect. We were gutted to have to leave, and even though we don't like to visit the same places twice with so much world to see. We're considering going back for our wedding

Ideal location for anyone arriving or departing via bus as it is right next to the bus station but as buses arrive and depart via a back road this does not interfere with the hotel or cause any noise or disturbance. Excellent for anyone with disabilities as there are no stairs, and all levels can be reached via wide-sloping walkways. Restaurant serves good, reasonably priced meals.

We wanted to be by the ADO bus station and it's right across the street. The room we requested was not ready, we were given an upgraded room with a balcony without asking. We were only there for about 18hrs, so we didn't have a chance to try the pool or the restaurant. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. All in all it met the need that we had.
